Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information
- We keep email enquiry details for 12 months to enable us to contact you.
- The legal bases that we rely on to process your personal data are consent when you choose to contact us and legitimate interest to hold your data for 12 months for business purposes.
- We hold IP addresses from website visits for 30 days.
- We hold client data for seven years due to HMRC requirements and this is a legal obligation.
- We will always give you the opportunity to opt-out from marketing communications and will hold your email address in a suppression list for one year, after which they are deleted.
- Personal data on employees and contractors are held for seven years due to HMRC requirements (legal obligation).
