By purchasing, claiming, reserving or using a ticket through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use tickets through the Platform.
Event means any concert, festival, exhibition, sporting event, experience, promotion, activation or other activity for which tickets are offered through the Platform.
Event Organiser means the individual, company or organisation responsible for the Event.
Ticket Holder means the person who purchases, receives or uses a ticket.
Ticket means any digital, electronic, QR code, barcode, pass, admission credential or other entitlement issued through the Platform.
Geo-Drops provides a technology platform that facilitates the sale, distribution and management of Tickets.

The Event Organiser remains responsible for the delivery, operation and management of the Event.

A contract is formed when payment has been successfully processed and a Ticket has been issued.
Geo-Drops reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit purchases where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.

The Ticket Holder is responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
